I wore them pretty much all the time while vacationing in PR, from walking on the beach, walking trails in the mountains, to shopping. They are easy to slip on and the elastic bands allow them to form to my feet which are fairly wide across the toes. I also have a high instep, and this sandal provides ample support. I highly recommend them.
