Better than I anticipated.

I was so skeptical buying these shoes. They seem so gimmicky, and they are, but they made a believer out of me once I gave them a chance. I work all day on my feet 8 to 10 hours a day, where I'm not allowed to sit down or even lean on something. At first, I was wearing only the arch support in the shoe, but that proved to be too painful. I layered the arch support with the included foam cushion that I cut to the size noted on the shoe, which for me was a size 40. Once I did that, I then had to get used to having arch support which was painful at first then my feet adapted to it and the pain went away. I still have pain while working but that's because of the amount of hours I spend on my feet. I started taking longer breaks and lunches and that did the trick. The combination of less time on my feet (by taking longer breaks) with the arch support and the absolute comfort and breathability of the shoe has made me a happy worker. I recommend these shoes for anyone who has to spend long hours on their feet.
