They come about mid way up my calf and the shoe has plenty of ankle support - there's not too much give when they're laced up. They're incredibly warm, even with plain ankle socks.

They are the warmest, most comfortable, best traction winter boots you can buy. I was delighted to see the color! Highly recommend!
These boots kept my toes toasty warm and dry all day both out along the lines emptying buckets or inside keeping an eye on the evaporator. It would be nice to have spare liners when the first pair is compressed, but I’ve never been able to locate them separately.
