These are comfortable, lite and flexible. It has arch support. I have Reynauds Syndrome and need more insulation than most folks in the South Jersey area where winters are much milder than I'm used to I Chicago. These boots also keep me warm enough in Chicago winter. I'm so glad I bought them.
